The Absolute Easiest Daily Workout for Desk Jockeys
Maybe it's because summer is just around the corner. Or perhaps it's because we just know sitting on our caboose all day behind a keyboard can't be good for our health. But getting into better shape is on our minds. In fact, one of the team at our NYC home offices isn't taking the issue sitting down any more, creating a makeshift standup desk, while another one of us is busy connecting with her fitter self via motion detection.
 
Sure, there are apps, games and other tech tools to help remind you to get up and get the blood flowing, but we've committed to a nearly trouble-free system to stay active without any hassle with a reminder system that can't be beat because it's absolutely free...
