Corina — an Emmy award winning hair and makeup artist — lives in a quintessential Spanish casita which she first shared in a House Call: Corina's Starlet Bungalow. Her home sits inside a classic courtyard complex that was originally designed for the starlets and writers to retreat to during their short stays in Hollywoodland. Naming Kelly Wearstler and a love of retro Hollywood Regency as her two biggest influences, Corina has created a clean classy look on an affordable budget.

 

I've yet to become a fan of Lulu DK's fabrics and wallpapers, but I LOVE her collages. Whimsical, colorful, suggestive and FRESH, they speak like a happy madwoman. Released in book form in 2008, this is her first show at Christiane Celle's SoHo gallery. They're worth seeing close up.
